Our IME physicians are generally practicing, board-certified, in good standing, and with excellent credentials that have been cross-referenced with the State Boards of Education. Many experts have subspecialties, prestigious affiliations, including teaching appointments, and have been published.
Some have served as chief residents, and others are credited with the leading articles in their field. All perform comprehensive exams with integrity.

The Right Evaluation
Issues like treatment and causal relationships are not addressed unless requested. Areas not alleged as injured in the bill of particulars or complaint are similarly not addressed. The purpose of the IME is to target the alleged areas of injury to validate the examinee's condition; as such, the IME is not a comprehensive physical, and the requesting party is entitled to have its specific questions addressed in the report.
